After, seven weeks of practicing my typing and reacquainting myself with such programs like Powerpoint and Excel, I have officially passed my MOS and Customer Service tests! I am now certifiable. Which is great because with the knowledge I gained from this class, I will most definitely take with me to the next chapter of my life.
Before the test:
I was really nervous about it. Just the day before I had taken the practice exam twice and failed it with the exact score of 455. I was upset with myself because I thought that if I couldn’t get through 42 questions, there was no say I was going to get through 60 in 50 mins. I felt depressed and wanted to give up. But I was reminded to just relax and just to get through the exam.
During the test:
The test was 20 freaking questions! I was surprised because my previous practice exams had more questions. But nonetheless, I didn’t skip any questions, I answered them to the best of my ability. I paced myself and had roughly 8 to 9 minutes left when I finished.
After the test:
I was relieved! I didn’t want to be so happy, but I couldn’t help it! I was just glad that it was over. It was a trying nd exhausting journey to get up to that point. So to find out that I passed the exams a day after each other was most exciting.
As I close this chapter in my life, I want to thank everyone who supported me and gave that extra push when I needed it. Without you, I don’t think I could have pulled it off.
